Leaderstay terms & conditions

Payment terms by credit card:

30% at booking date 70% (the balance) 30 days prior arrival date.

Cancellation terms:

• up to 60 days of arrival no penalty, 100% refund
• from 59 days to 20 days prior arrival: penalty 80% of the total amount of the reservation
• less than 20 days to no show: 100% penalty - No refund.

Deposit applicable to all properties for clients over 25 years old: 500 euros returned within 48 hours after the clients departure if no damage has been observed.

Under 25: the reservation is subject to the owner's agreement - a deposit of 1,000.00 euros may be requested, returned within 48 hours after departure if no damage has been observed.
